Public Speaking Wisdom from Keith Harrell and Bob Proctor

95% is behind-the-scenes and only 5% is on-stage. As a former competitive figure skater, there was nothing like show-time, but with out proper training for hours, show-time was not fun. Speaking actually feels the same way.
